Lashing D's:
Lashing D's are a cast-steel ring shaped like the letter "D" with a 40° bottom radius is available in straight or bent design. Each Lashing D is secured onto the trailer by a welded bracket. When the trailer is loaded, chains or canvas belts are attached to the Lashing D's to secure the equipment that is being carried. The quantity of Lashing D's varies according to the capacity of the trailer and the current Federal Load Securement regulations.
