Press Releases

Albion, PA —ROGERS® detachable and fixed gooseneck lowbed trailers are available to meet the needs of specialized carriers. Modifications can be made to production trailer designs, or the trailer can be built “from the ground up” to follow individual customer specifications, ROGERS can accommodate the exceptionally long, wide, high or heavy loads and meet the stringent state transportation regulations.

A variety of deck styles, goosenecks, axle configurations and optional equipment are available to simplify virtually any hauling challenge. ROGERS’ special features include: two or three-axle stingers and removable axles, gooseneck extensions, detachable rear frames and modular deck designs along with I-beam and drop side decks. Special features such as rear frame openings and ROGERS’ award-winning “wheel wells” improve overhead clearance. Plus, these trailers can include two and three-axle jeep or helper dollies. Specialized trailers range in capacities from 25 to 150 tons and can be fabricated from 100K or 130K minimum yield steel to reduce the trailer’s tare weight.

Other production features are the foundation of each trailer’s form and function. ROGERS’ “Croucher”® deck hugs the ground to make loading and unloading safe and easy. Gooseneck reconnection is a fast operation with the self-aligning beam hooks. The “No Foot”® self-lifting gooseneck quickly raises or lowers the deck without a ram foot touching the ground to simplify loading and to clear obstructions such as low bridges or raised railroad tracks.
