Ramp Ahead of Tires:
Ramp Ahead of Tires are reinforced ramps, sloped typically at a 30° incline, are located in line with the trunnions. Ramp Ahead of Tires are fabricated from tread plate and positioned in front of the tires so that certain types of equipment can have easier access to the rear frame. Ramp Ahead of Tires are standard on platform deck models and optional on drop side models.
